missedIf any pre-arranged appointment needs to be altered or cancelled, we request all of our patients to give us as much notice as possible.

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment alterations. This will enable other patients to access our services.

Missed appointments increases waiting time for other patients, and also causes inconvenience to our clinical team.

Failing to attend any pre-arranged appointments or failure to give at least 24 hours notice can affect the terms of your next appointment. We may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you NHS care in the future.

If you are being booked for an independent appointment, there may be a charge applicable for failing to attend a pre-arranged appointment or failing to give a minimum of 24 hours notice.
