Our staff have the right to work in a completely safe environment and we have zero tolerance towards any verbal abuse, aggressive or any other inappropriate behaviour. Anyone behaving in an unacceptable way may be refused treatment at Harlestone Road Dental Practice or even face legal action should this be appropriate.
